Changing The Narrative

Creative Vision Finance (CVF) was established by a group of individuals with a drive to do things differently. We offer a fresh approach to financing, breaking free from the constraints of traditional banking, which enables us to be bolder and braver in our lending options. We partner with our customers to understand their unique business needs and deliver results quickly and efficiently.

Built on a foundation of over 30 years’ in the Media and Entertainment industry, our collective knowledge of how the TV and film, broadcast and production sectors works - from technology life cycles to the way projects are ‘green lit’, the evolution of workflows to the ‘just in time’ approach to delivering kit - coupled with a deep understanding of finance, means that we are best placed to support your business.

Rebecca Price

Director

Rebecca has been in asset finance for almost 20 years. Having attained a law degree with a focus on human rights and before embarking on her bar training, she took a gap year working in finance. It immediately became a natural career path and she never did become a barrister! Rebecca started her career working for a niche asset finance software broker in the boom years of asset finance and soon became a top performer for the company through hard graft, tenacity and a ‘never say never’ attitude. In 2008 she decided to travel around Africa and Asia journeying through Vietnam and China to finish at the Olympics in Beijing. Rebecca has since travelled to New Zealand and Indonesia and South America is next on her hit list.

12 years ago she entered the world of Film and TV finance and soon became a Director and Shareholder of a leading specialist asset finance company that was eventually acquired by a bank. Rebecca has always worked for small bespoke lenders and loves the creativity and flair the environment offers. She is obsessed with delivering the best service for her clients ensuring their journey is a smooth one.

Whilst Rebecca loves exploring new places and foods, she juggles being a mum to two mischievous sons and step mum to two much better behaved girls! Her latest challenge is a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Land Shark called Thor who is busy destroying her ankles and house!

Nick Riley

Finance Director

With over 25 years’ experience in a variety of sectors Nick’s focus as Finance Director is on providing financial planning, overseeing the companies’ strategy and ensuring the business operates seamlessly to enable the team to focus on delivering exceptional service every day.

His experience in small and medium businesses covers finance, compliance, sales, operations, HR, technology and legal services. Nick is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant and has regularly been the lead board-level sponsor on fiscal compliance, strategic planning and global development. He thrives on instilling a culture of growth and development and feeds off the satisfaction of providing brilliant services to all stakeholders. Nick is instrumental in the implementation of technology and the development of business intelligence to further enhance the data and knowledge for clients and staff which is ultimately what sets CVF apart in the sector.

Nick is married with two teenage boys and has been a Surrey County Council school governor for 11 years and for 12 years he’s been an FA Level 1 coach working with grassroots players from ages 5 years to 23 years. Nick also still plays football albeit at a leisurely pace, he regularly goes kayaking especially when there’s river pubs involved, and in 2017 he managed to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and tick that off his bucket list!

Becky Bartlett

Business Support Coordinator

Becky had joined CVF team having great experience in varying roles. She had over 6 years experience as a Customer Service Manager in the Commercial Office Furniture Industry. Prior to this, Becky spent almost ten years as a Telesales Executive for a large Document Management Company. Becky found building relationships with existing and new customers the most enjoyable aspect of her role, which then led her to her Customer Services Manager role. Becky has also achieved her Counselling Skills certificate during a short course at NEW College in Redditch.

During her free time, she loves to take day trips out with her husband and son, and where possible also takes her lovable (but naughty) Cockapoo dog Woody with them!

Karolina Blonska

Sales Support

After completing 2-years at cosmetology school and working in a beauty salon for 5 months Karolina decided that finance and taxes are more exciting!

She has worked within a number of busy accounts departments providing a wide range of services including setting up credit facilities, responding to customers queries, and has spent the last few years as part of CVP’s Finance team where she managed Accounts Receivable.

With a degree in Finance and Accounting from University of Technology in Rzeszow and an Accounting and Controlling degree, from Cracow University of Economics, Karolina prides herself on her thirst for knowledge and puts her curious nature to task by continuously building up her experience in finance.

One of her personal ambitions is to jump out of the plane (with a parachute), she really enjoys travelling, meeting new people and culture, and loves to spend free time with a good book. Her mother tongue is Polish.

Andrea Benson

Business Development Manager

Andrea brings a wealth of experience across various sales environments from Corporates to Start-ups, in Financial services, Pharmaceutical, Weddings, Logistics and Food/Drink across the varying channels of B2B, DTC, Retail, Grocery, On Trade & Wholesale.

Working in these areas has given Andrea exposure to a multitude of insights from the good, the bad & the ugly! From dealing with Bridezilla’s and exploding wedding cakes, to national retailers and growing a start-up brand.

Building up her skills with her experience, Andrea thrives in these environments with passion and enthusiasm for meeting new people, creating strong customer and supplier relationships, but fundamentally helping customers achieve their goal.

Having travelled across Europe, Southeast Asia, and climbing the 4 peaks in UK & Ireland, Andrea is happiest on a sunny beach with a cocktail! When she’s not venturing on her travels you can find her going for a morning stomp in the countryside, head in an autobiography or on the squash court … but her most favourite is being with her fabulous Friends!
